Hello to all Mercedes Benz Owners. My2005 Gwagon has been back in forth in the shop this year several times. My Interior warning lights were on. So I took it in for serivce at Beck Imports in Charlotte for complete service January 16th, 09. for 3 days. Had to pay $957.76 for brakes, brake fluid flush, bulb, etc. 34,507 miles only. On March 3rd to the 14th, my truck was back at Becks inports, my bill was $272.04. My compliant was a vibration in the wheel and the truck pulling right. On May 10th, I was traveling to Virginia Beach, the truck just cut off while driving. The igition went. more than $1700.00 to fix it. I was notified that day, that my warranty had just expired. My husband called corporate and I did get the truck fixed at no charge. But check this out, they called me and said the AC was leaking. They never fixed it and now June 10th, my car is once again in the shop. more than $2800.00. I am floored. They knew the AC was not working and had the chance to go ahead and fix it one last time with coverage and didn't and now I'm having to pay this. I guess they say, she'll be back. and she will pay.........................
Mercedes is supppose to be The Top Of The Line, but they're a RIP OFF. They lie and they cheat people, they are not honest at all. When they fix my igition, the labor to just look at the AC was $320.00, now at Mercedes of South Charlotte, the labor is 125 to look at it. Was that dealer ripping me off or what? I do not trust them and The New E-Class that I was about to purchase is off my list. My first vehicle was a nice convertible BMW, should have took my brothers advice and stayed with them. And when you call to make a compliant, they answer you like, ok, I've heard it all. All the compliants I read today online, Mercedes should really be ashame. And this is why they changed their warranty from 5 years to 4. Please be carfully where you take your vehicle to be service, I'm telling you Most Mercedes Dealers are ripoffs.
