I contacted Mercedes Benz Germany by Email but never got a response
I contacted MBZ Germany by Email , And what a great reputation they did never send me a reply to my email .T hat really shows how Mercedes Benz deals with there customers . The hard money that we work for and save to buy a Car and here is a very bad reputation where you think that they will send you a letter or an email .
Look at TOYOTA where they take a great care of Millions of cars to fix BUT Mercedes denies all and charge you to fix there problems where cars in the USA where a LEMON and where bought back at full price from the owners that had a transmission problems and sold at a very low prices AS A LEMON.
Better buy a Korean car but the best is a Japanies car where they take pride and build great cars even when there is a problem they admit and fix it UNLIKE Mercedes the Germans peace of SHIT that will sell you the car and make you pay to fix it when it is there FAULT.
Guys do not do the same mistake , i still have the Mercedes where no one is willing to buy. I had it for sale for a while and told people that I replaced the Transmission for a brand new one and paid $2000 to replace it but still cant sell it.
I am sending a copy to Mercedes so they see what we write if they care . But I will keep writing till I get my money back and will try to have an action law suite case against them if in a month time they do not pay me my repair money back.
