SL problems

a few months ago, i bought a new SL 350. a piece fell off the inside passenger door, then i continuously had SRS malfunction, which is still not solved and the car has been in the workshop many many times. then my boot collapsed while i had it open..they said it was a leaking pneumatic cylinder. Merc Benz refuse to give me a new car or talk to me like a human being for that matter. has anyone else had this problem???
