I have an ML and a GL and have lawyered up and taken them to court. They don't even reply to my lawyers calls.
This happens to me at 12000 miles. First they could not work out what was causing the rattle in the front. Then they told me the tyres have to be replaced every 12 -15ooo miles.

I have had an 2007 ml and traded it for a 2008 gl and I agree they are lemos. My gl has been in the shop over 15 time. I complained to there head office and they don't care and brush me off every time...I will never by a mercedez again
