WHY BUY A MERCEDES

When you could buy a BMW or Lexus or even a Audi. Other manufactures will not walk away from you like Mercedes has.

2009 E350 4 MATIC

MB has gone straight down hill. I would not waste my time and money in buying a MB again. MBUSA and certainly dealership have no idea what customer satisfaction is anymore.

I would have never gone thru what you went thru without filing a complaint with Lemon Law, certified letter to Charles Shady, etc. This is the worst MB I have owned ( 4th one ) and last one. I will be out of this car by next week.

MB is a getting worst by the year

Dec 24, 2009 Reported the Radio / Navigation / Bluetooth has stopped working.

Dec 29, 2009 Brought my car in for repair. Service told me there was a software update that needed to be done, which should take 4 hours. After 4 hours I received a phone call saying the command center locked it self and needed authorization from MB to replace it. Dealer kept the car overnight waiting for approval.

Dec 30, 2009 Dealer left me a message saying they had some information for me regarding the vehicle.
